WITHIN AUSTRALIA
REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES
Orders received after 9 am will be shipped the following business day via EXPRESS POST.
Allow 1-3 business days to receive deliveries once parcel has been shipped. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. Please check spam mail should this not be received.
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Orders received after 9 am (AEST) will be shipped the following business day via Australia Post Express.
GST applies to orders over the value of $1000AUD.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our showroom, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
SALE PERIOD
Please allow up to 3 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during sale periods.
* Adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to augustera@gmail.com before 8:30am AEST the following business day. Any changes to the address after shipping has occurred will attract a fee of $20.
